This equipment is mainly suitable for ideal filling equipment in food, daily chemical, pesticide, pharmaceutical and special industries. The following factors have an impact on the operation of this device:
1. The filling accuracy of the dual head liquid filling machine is influenced by factors such as the stability of air pressure, uniformity, and filling speed.
The filling speed of a dual head liquid filling machine will be affected by the following factors: the viscosity of the material, the stroke of the cylinder, the size of the filling nozzle, and the proficiency of the operator.

Manual operation of equipment：

1. Open the air valve switch and turn the toggle switch to the manual position. At this time, the machine is in the following state: the filling head is at a high position, the filling cylinder is at the origin position, the positioning claw is retracted, and the blocking claw is extended.
2. Turn on the power switch of the conveyor belt to make it run.
3. Adjust the two magnetic proximity switches on the filling cylinder. Magnetic switch 1 is used to adjust the amount of filling, while magnetic switch 1 is used to adjust the starting point of the filling head's ascent.
4. Wait for the bottles on the conveyor belt to move below the filling head, press the operation button, and the filling head will move in sequence: filling head down - filling - filling head up. (After the filling cylinder moves to the set magnetic switch 2 position, the filling head begins to rise) (After the filling cylinder moves to the set magnetic switch 1 position, the filling cylinder begins to retreat)
5. Press the stop button (in manual operation mode, the stop button will be assigned a second function) to extend the positioning claw, retract the blocking claw, retract the positioning claw for 3 seconds, extend the blocking claw, and then stop.
6. Press the Run=Stop button again to repeat the above actions.

Automatic operation of equipment：

1. Open the air valve switch and turn the toggle switch to the automatic position. At this time, the machine is in the following state: the filling head is at a high position, the filling cylinder is at the origin position, the positioning claw is retracted, and the blocking claw is extended.
2. Turn on the power switch of the conveyor belt to make it run.
3. Adjust the two magnetic proximity switches on the filling cylinder. Switch 1 is used to adjust the amount of filling, while switch 2 is used to adjust the starting point of the filling head's ascent.
4. Press the operation button to activate the following sequence of actions: extend the positioning claw → lower the filling head → pour → raise the filling head. (After the filling cylinder reaches the set position of magnetic switch 2, the filling head begins to rise.) (After the filling cylinder reaches the set position of magnetic switch 1, the filling cylinder begins to retreat.) → The blocking claw retracts, and after 3 seconds, the positioning claw retracts → the blocking claw extends → counts → delays for 1 second → repeats the operation.
5. Press the stop button, and the machine will stop after running for one week.

Adjustment of filling accuracy：

The generation of filling errors is mainly determined by the filling volume, filling speed, and the opening and closing speed of the upper and lower valves.
The opening and closing speed of the upper and lower valves is related to the viscosity of the product. The higher the viscosity, the slower the valve opening and closing speed.
2. Adjusting the opening and closing speed of the valve mainly adjusts the spring pressure of the valve. As the spring pressure increases, the opening and closing speed of the valve accelerates.
3. The adjustment of the spring pressure of the valve should be determined through trial filling measurement and the experience of the operator.

Safe use of equipment：

1. This machine is a non powered device, with a normal gas source of 4-6kg
If there is overflow from the injection nozzle, press the safety emergency stop switch to ensure the cleanliness of the workshop.
When disassembling and washing this machine, do not rinse the body directly with water.
4. The air circuit of this machine is simple and cannot be arbitrarily plugged in or unplugged.
5. When improper operation causes the cylinder top to be unable to retract, please press this button to reset it.

1. The body of this machine is made of stainless steel shell. Do not use sharp or hard objects to scrape its surface.
2. The cylinder has been lubricated before leaving the factory, please do not open or add any lubricating oil.
Before cleaning the piston filling machine, the remaining products inside should be thoroughly cleaned, and then the material bucket should be filled with a soft cleaning solution. Our company recommends using warm water. If needed, soap water, alcohol, or other cleaning solutions can be used.
