LSlinear tableProviding sub micron accuracy, precise control is achieved through the use of closed-loop DC servo motors and high-resolution rotary encoders for positioning feedback. The optional linear encoder can provide greater positioning accuracy.
The LS linear platform adopts cross roller sliders, precision lead screws, and zero backlash small gear DC servo motors to achieve smooth and precise motion. These devices provide precise travel from 50mm to 300mm. It can be used alone or placed vertically or horizontally, and can carry a load of up to 4.5kg.
The device has a built-in limit switch and can be configured with multiple lead screw options. In the standard rotary encoder configuration, using ASI's MS-2000 controller can easily achieve resolutions in the range of 50 to 100 nm. It is also possible to obtain a repeatability coefficient of less than 300 nm RMS.
The optional linear encoder provides a scale resolution of 10nm, with a scale accuracy of ± 3 μ m per scale.
The MS-2000 controller provides automatic gap correction, accepts industry standard commands, and accepts RS-232 or USB communication from the host.
