XY-TG4T Iron Iron Analyzer Purpose and Principle:
It is impossible to accurately measure each element that accumulates in the molten iron, determine the specific content of each element in the molten iron, and determine the direction and degree of the effect of each element content on the formation of cast iron structure within the waiting time of the molten iron in front of the furnace. Even if it is possible, it is impossible to adjust the content of each element within the specified range.
The molten iron quality management instrument can directly measure the comprehensive effect of different element contents on the formation of cast iron structure, and directly adjust the comprehensive effect results to achieve the expected cast iron structure. This is the biggest advantage of the thermal analyzer compared to other detection methods, and it is also the reason why it is widely used in foundries in developed countries.
The detection time of the computer carbon silicon analyzer is about 2 minutes, and the detection is completed within the waiting time of the molten iron. Then, the composition of the molten iron is adjusted according to the automatically calculated amount of carbon additive, ferrosilicon, and scrap steel, and the appropriate composition of the molten iron is obtained before casting.
The main functional features of XY-TG4T molten iron analyzer are:
1. Detection of carbon content C%: measurement range 2.8~4.2%, measurement accuracy<=/-0.05
2. Detection of silicon content SI%: measurement range 0.9~3.0%, measurement accuracy<=/-0.1
3. Detection of carbon equivalent CE%: measurement range 3.2~4.8%, measurement accuracy<=/-0.1
4. Intuitively display the cooling curve to calculate the tensile strength of molten iron.
5. Formulas such as gray iron and ductile iron calculation formulas can be used to calculate the amount of carbon additive, ferrosilicon, and scrap steel added.
