The liquid level of the oil tank in the low-pressure hydraulic system should always be kept above the centerline of the oil gauge to prevent the oil pump from being emptied. When refueling, use a 120 mesh filter to filter. If frequently used, clean the oil filter every two months, clean the fuel tank every six months, and replace with new oil. According to the actual working conditions of the oil pump, the cleaning and oil change cycle can be shortened. The normal working oil temperature of the oil pump is 20 50. If the oil temperature is too high, cooling measures should be taken. If the oil temperature is too low, heating or low-pressure operation should be used to increase the oil temperature.

When the low-pressure hydraulic system starts working for the first time, the unloading valve needs to be opened and the motor needs to be started several times. After the pump is emptied and the oil is discharged normally, it can be put into operation. If there is no unloading valve, turn the reversing valve handle to the center position to complete the above operation. The pressure of the safety valve on the integrated block of this low-pressure hydraulic system has been set when it leaves the factory, and cannot be increased without authorization. It can be adjusted appropriately according to the actual working conditions. The pressure of the additional pressure regulating valve can be adjusted at any time within the rated pressure as needed. When the additional unloading valve is unloaded to 10MPa, due to the damping setting, it returns to zero slowly and can be unloaded with a directional valve.

When the high-pressure rubber hose selected by the user leaves the factory, it undergoes a pressure resistance test of 1-25 times the rated pressure. Due to the aging of the gum, users should pay attention to regular inspections, such as every six months, when using it for a long time. When conducting a pressure test, if there is leakage, protrusion or explosion, it must be replaced. When using, avoid sharp bends and do not get too close to the hose to prevent explosion and injury. In fixed occasions, steel pipes can be used as a substitute. The low-pressure hydraulic system is inspected once a year, and all parts are cleaned with gasoline. Attention is paid to protecting the mating surfaces and seals. After assembly, all moving parts should be flexible and unobstructed.
