The temperature field distribution and refrigerant flow field distribution that can be optimized have high heat transfer efficiency. The optimized flow field layout on the refrigerant side maximizes heat transfer efficiency while ensuring water pressure drop. The design of inner fins in heat exchange tubes enhances heat transfer efficiency. The groove shaped tube plate hole design and advanced tube expansion technology result in a reliable sealing structure, avoiding the problem of refrigerant infiltration into the evaporator tube side. Low temperature evaporative refrigeration unitThe condensation temperature is within 8.3 ℃ of the wet bulb design temperature, which saves at least 10% of the power consumption of the compressor and 30% of the power consumption compared to the air-cooled condenser system. The power of the fan is one-third of that of the air-cooled condenser fan.
