1、 Purpose and Characteristics

The CDW-80-55Z type drop hammer impact test low-temperature instrument is the latest compressor refrigeration equipment developed by our company in accordance with the requirements for low-temperature devices in GB8363-07 "Method for Drop Hammer Tear Test of Ferritic Steel". This equipment adopts compressor refrigeration technology and utilizes the principle of thermal balance and stirring cycle to achieve automatic uniform cooling and constant temperature of the sample, fully meeting the temperature control indicators specified in the national standard GB8363-07. This device is easy to operate and has high work efficiency. It is the most ideal sample cooling and insulation equipment for metal low-temperature impact testing. It can also be used for other low-temperature detection and testing work.

2、 Main technical parameters

1. Temperature control range: compressor cooling: room temperature~-80 ℃

2. Constant temperature accuracy (compressor refrigeration): ± 0.5 ℃

3. Cooling rate (at room temperature of 25 ℃): approximately 1.3 ℃/min from room temperature to 0 ℃

0 ℃ to -40 ℃, approximately 1.0 ℃/min

-40 ℃~-60 ℃, approximately 0.8 ℃/min

-60 ℃~-80 ℃, approximately 0.6 ℃/min

4. Inner container size (depth x width x height): 710 x 650 x 175mm (total volume of 80L - including mixing area);

10. Automatic door: The box door automatically opens and closes (pneumatic door), which can be matched with a mechanical arm for gripping samples.
