Lubricating grease and oil flow meterIt is a new type of volumetric flow transmitter used for precise continuous or intermittent measurement of liquid flow or instantaneous flow in pipelines. It does not require power supply, and a pair of gears rotate freely. The cavity between the gears is filled with liquid, and the liquid is discharged as it rotates. By measuring the number of revolutions of the gears, the flow rate of the liquid flowing through the instrument can be determined.

Lubricating grease and oil flow meterThe working principle of the gear is based on the principle of positive displacement. The flow of liquid medium can cause the gear to rotate, and the rotation of the gear is scanned by two non-contact pulse detectors. Each tooth generates a pulse, which ultimately produces a frequency signal proportional to the flow rate, and obtains the flow rate value Q. The working mode of the gear rotation gauge is as follows: a sealing glue is formed between the housing and the gear, so that the measured medium can push the gear to rotate. Then, these flowing media will be evenly distributed in the measuring chamber. This power can rotate the gear, and the gear is not hindered by the flow of medium when rotating. This is because there is a proportional relationship between the rotation frequency of the gear and the flow rate. Invasive sensors can measure.

Product Features
1. Not affected by the viscosity of the medium;
2. Lightweight and compact structure;
3. Both instantaneous flow and cumulative flow can be measured;
4. The orientation and direction of the device are not constrained.
It is particularly suitable for heavy oil Glue Kerosene Flow measurement of high viscosity media such as resins Small volume, light weight, low vibration noise during operation, and stable operation (capable of measuring fluids with viscosity up to 10000 Pa · s) It can also be used for measuring small flow rates of small pipe diameters The starting flow rate is small, the range ratio is wide, and it is suitable for measuring liquid flow rates that are subject to large fluctuations. The measurement accuracy is not affected by pressure and flow rate changes, and it has many characteristics such as stable performance, long service life, and high flow capacity.

Precautions for using flow meters
1. It is required to prevent contamination of the fluid during measurement
If measuring clean gases and pure water, it is often not allowed for instrument components that come into contact with fluids to precipitate ions. For example, in semiconductor preparation, instruments cannot be made of metal or glass, only plastic can be used. It is also not allowed to mix abrasive dust particles with moving parts in the fluid. The flow channel of flow instrument shall be as simple as possible, without retention parts, to prevent deterioration of retention medium.
2. To calibrate with actual fluid usage
Liquid flow meters are generally calibrated with water, while gas flow meters are calibrated with air. If it is known that certain physical properties between the actual measured fluid and the calibration fluid have regular changes in the displayed values, medium and large pipe flow meters are often corrected with appropriate coefficients. However, some small flow meters are greatly affected by fluid properties such as viscosity and require calibration based on actual fluid usage. Fortunately, the flow rate is small and it is not difficult to calibrate with actual fluids, but safety and environmental pollution should be taken into account when calibrating harmful fluids.
