Due to the wide variety of products, the formulation of production plans is very complex. The high frequency of changes in customer orders and frequent deviations in the execution of production plans result in situations where even if a production plan is established, it cannot be fully carried out according to the plan. Similarly, it is difficult to develop and execute capability requirement plans and material requirement plans.
