1： Overview:

Our company has independently developed the MGS-H01, which is a magnetic guidance sensor (also known as a magnetic navigation sensor) for magnetic track guided unmanned AGV vehicles. It is an upgraded product of our MGS-R01. The AGV car with track navigation type unmanned driving travels on a track with magnetic strips. The MGS-H01 magnetic guidance sensor inputs the voltage signal of the car deviating from the track to the car controller. It is installed at the lower part of the AGV car body, away from the track surface (5-30mm), with a track width of 50 mm and a thickness of 1.2 mm. The guidance sensor senses the magnetic field strength of the track to obtain the offset between the car and the track. After processing by the signal processor, it outputs an analog voltage signal proportional to the offset. After receiving the signal, the car controller will automatically make adjustments to ensure that the AGV car travels along the magnetic track.
