The dual cylinder system allows for easy and rapid pressure creation, with a simple structure, stable pressure creation, and effortless operation.

Structure and working principle of pressure gauge calibration table
The pressure calibration table consists of a pressure output interface, oil cup, fine adjustment, shut-off valve, connecting pipeline, and base.
Usage: Close the shut-off valve on the oil cup, rotate the hand wheel for coarse adjustment, and make the internal piston move. The pressure generated from this can be transmitted to the standard instrument and the verified instrument on the two pressure output interfaces. Installation and use of pressure gauge calibration table
1 Pressure calibration tableIt should be placed on a workbench that is easy to operate and kept level.
The pressure calibrator should not be subjected to vibration, and the workbench should be cushioned with rubber pads and fastened with screws.
3. Usage: Open the oil cup valve, turn the left hand wheel, and fill the cylinder of the pressure pump with transformer oil.
4. Close the oil cup valve, rotate the handwheel, compress the transformer oil, and apply the oil to the standard instrument and the tested instrument. Verify according to the displayed values of the two instruments.
Maintenance and repair of pressure gauge calibration bench:
Regularly clean all parts of the pressure calibration table.
There should be no impurities or dirt in the transformer oil, and after a period of use, it must be replaced with new oil.
When not in use, a cloth cover must be placed to prevent dust from entering the pressure calibration table.
