Magnetic electric vibration velocity sensor

Using the principle of magneto electric induction to convert vibration signals into electrical signals. It mainly consists of a magnetic circuit system, coil components, spring damping, and other parts. Two coil components are rigidly fixed in the sensor housing, and magnetic steel is suspended from the housing by springs. When the sensor operates within the working frequency range, the coil and magnetic steel produce relative motion, and the coil cuts the magnetic field lines, generating induced electromotive force (induced voltage), which is proportional to the vibration speed of the casing.Widely used for vibration monitoring of large rotating machinery equipment in industries such as power, petroleum, chemical, steel, metallurgy, etc., the measurement frequency response range is 4.5HZ~1000HZ (-3dB), the standard sensitivity is 30mv/mm/s, it can be installed vertically/horizontally, has strong anti-interference performance, and can work stably and reliably in harsh environments for a long time.
