Overview of Magnetic Flip Plate Liquid Level Gauge

The magnetic flap level gauge is based on the principle of a bypass pipe, which adjusts the liquid level of the main pipe to the height of the liquid level inside the equipment. Then, the height of the liquid level is displayed by driving the flipping plate (or flipping column) indicator to flip through magnetic coupling. Mainly suitable for measuring the liquid level in open or pressure vessels. This series of products is widely used for liquid level measurement and control in the production processes of industries such as power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, environmental protection, shipbuilding, construction, and food.

Check if the data on the liquid level gauge label matches the ordering requirements

There is no magnetic material within 80mm of the liquid level gauge.

The main installation must be vertical, with a tilt angle of ≤ 3 °

When the measurement range is greater than 4m, support points should be added to the container and the support flange connection on the level gauge should be reinforced.

Before leaving the factory, each component of the liquid level gauge undergoes a pressure test according to technical standards. After installation, there is no need to conduct another pressure test. When the container needs to undergo an internal pressure test,

The float should be removed before proceeding.

For level gauges used on warm media, it is strictly prohibited to wrap them with insulation materials.

A shut-off valve should be installed between the liquid level gauge and the container to cut off the material during maintenance and repair.

Check if the zero position piece of the indicator is * with the centerline of the connecting flange. If it is loose, adjust it and tighten the clamp screw.

Use a corrector to flip the flip indicator inside the flip panel from bottom to top, then flip it several times from top to bottom until it reaches the fully black side

The measured liquid medium should not contain fixed magazines or magnetic objects to avoid jamming the float and reducing buoyancy.

Before installing on the container, open the drain flange and gently insert the magnetic float, paying attention to the direction of the arrow, and do not reverse it. Install the sealing gasket and flange cover,After tightening the screws, it can be used.
