The motor drives the reducer to rotate, and after deceleration, the output shaft is connected to the test piece through an elastic coupling. The output shaft of the test piece is connected to one end of the dynamic torque sensor through an elastic coupling, and the other end of the dynamic torque sensor is connected to the magnetic powder brake through an elastic coupling.

Classification description:

1. Host: The main body adopts a horizontal structure and an integrated worktable to ensure the rigidity of the entire machine; The variable frequency motor on the right end of the host drives the gearbox to rotate. The middle part of the host is equipped with a torque meter (or other transmission components) to be tested, and the output end of the tested component is connected to a dynamic torque sensor and a magnetic powder brake. This part is located on the left end of the host.

2. Space adjustment: The reducer and torque tester are connected by a telescopic universal joint, and the tested part can be disassembled and assembled through the expansion and contraction of the joint.

3. Rotating drive and loading system: The test piece is driven to rotate by a three-phase variable frequency motor and a reducer. The magnetic powder brake provides torque load, with large output torque, wide speed adjustment range, uniform and smooth loading, and long service life.

4. ENUO-TEST Control System

4.1 The system is independently developed by our company, using torque sensors and speed measurement sensors to collect test torque and test speed, and a high-speed data acquisition amplifier to collect data. The computer screen displays experimental parameters and curves, etc.

4.2 Software operation: ① The machine is equipped with dedicated testing operation software to meet the requirements of torque tester testing. The control mode adopts an intelligent expert setting system, and users can customize the experimental process control method according to their actual requirements to automatically complete the experiment.
