2. Choose a suitable mesh frame bracket and place it on the mesh machine

3. Adjust the handwheel to ensure that the distance between the tips of the mesh frame is 5-6mm, in order to avoid the mesh frame breaking due to the increased tension of the mesh during the pulling process.

4. Flatten the mesh, fix the edges of the mesh with mesh clamps, and slowly rotate the handwheels on all four sides of the frame to gradually tighten the mesh. Repeat this process until the tension at each point of the mesh is roughly equal. The magnitude of the tension is determined by the mesh size and texture. After the mesh is tensioned, it is best to use a tension meter for final inspection. Note that the tension of the mesh cannot be pulled in place at once and must be separated several times. For example, if the tension requirement is 40n, pull it to 15n first, and after at least 5 minutes of rest, pull it to 20n repeatedly.

5. Adjust the handwheel to raise the mesh frame, ensuring that the mesh frame contacts the mesh evenly. Then apply rattan glue to the area where the mesh frame contacts the mesh. Note that the mesh frame and mesh can only be removed together after the glue has dried.

6. After the tensioning is completed, turn the directional valve to return the handwheel to its initial position and turn off the power.
