The relevant industry standards are ASTM B648-00 "Test Method for Measuring the Hardness of Aluminum Alloys with a Buckle Hardness Tester", ASTM HD2583-07 "Test Method for Measuring the Indentation Hardness of Hard Plastics with a Barcol Hardness Tester", and GB/T 3854-2005 "Test Method for Buckle Hardness of Reinforced Plastics".
