1. Pipe material.

Some low-end heating tube manufacturers in China pursue low cost and often use stainless steel 202 and 201 materials. In fact, based on their working temperature, the material for mask electromechanical heating tubes should be at least stainless steel 304 or better stainless steel 321.

2. Material of electric heating wire

The material of electric heating wire is generally iron chromium aluminum or nickel chromium wire, and high-end ones will use BGH nickel chromium wire imported from Germany.

3. Magnesium oxide powder

Magnesium oxide powder, as an important filling material for insulation and heat transfer, directly determines the insulation performance at high temperatures. Magnesium oxide powder also varies from several thousand yuan per ton to tens of thousands of yuan per ton according to different grades.

Therefore, there are mask machine heaters of the same size, ranging from cheap ones costing just over ten yuan to expensive ones costing over one hundred yuan.
