The meat moisture content analyzer measures the moisture content of raw meat by injecting high-frequency electrical signals into the sample and receiving echoes. Compared with the infrared drying method (rapid method) in section 5.2 of the GB18394-2020 national standard document, it is faster and more convenient. It has the advantages of not requiring sample preparation, rapid detection, and easy operation.
Detecting the moisture content of raw meat, it can detect four types of samples: chicken, pork, beef, and lamb.
The use of AC impedance method for detection, injecting high-frequency electrical signals into fresh meat for measurement, has the advantages of fast detection speed, good repeatability, and minimal damage to the sample.
