The general quality inspection methods for electric poles include appearance quality, dimensional deviation, crack resistance inspection, crack width inspection, standard inspection of bending moment deflection, and concrete strength inspection.
1、 Batch production
Cement poles of the same model, material, process, and tip diameter (or diameter) are considered as one batch for every 1000 poles. However, if the total number of produced poles is less than 1000 but not less than 30 within two months, they can also be used as one inspection batch.
2、 Sampling
Appearance quality and dimensional deviation
Randomly select 10 pieces from each batch for appearance quality and dimensional deviation inspection.
3、 Mechanical properties
Randomly select one product from the qualified inspection of appearance quality and dimensional deviation of the pole for crack resistance inspection, crack width inspection, and standard inspection of bending moment deflection inspection.
4、 Judgment
Appearance quality and dimensional deviation
If no more than 2 of the 10 inspected cement poles do not meet a certain grade, the appearance quality and dimensional deviation of the batch of products will be judged as a sub grade
5、 Mechanical properties
When the crack resistance, crack width inspection, and standard inspection of the deflection under bending moment of the cement pole meet the requirements of Article 5.9 of this standard, it is judged as qualified. If one item does not meet the requirements of Article 5.9, it is allowed to extract 2 more poles for inspection. If there is still 1 pole that does not meet the requirements, the mechanical properties of the batch of products will be judged as unqualified.
6、 Overall judgment
When the cement pole manufacturer meets a certain level of appearance quality and dimensional deviation based on the qualified concrete strength and mechanical properties, it should be criticized as a product of the corresponding level. But products with mechanical properties that have been retested and qualified can only be judged as qualified products.
Below is an introduction to a commonly used circular concrete pole mechanical performance tester. For other equipment related to cement pole mechanical performance testers, please:
1、 Purpose:
1. This pole testing instrument is suitable for measuring the load characteristics and displacement changes of cement poles.
2. After configuring different force sensors, the mechanical performance testing of all rod-shaped material products can be expanded, and it can also be tested in all situations of other loads and displacements.
3. A display instrument has 2 display windows, which can be configured with 2 force sensors and 1 displacement sensor. It displays 0.01KN for the minimum tension and 1mm for displacement measurement. It can be clearly displayed under strong light.
2、 Technical parameters:
1. Purpose: Measurement within 200KN for testing. Measurement: Displacement measurement within 1400mm using a winding method. (The smallest display unit is 1mm)
2. Force display unit: At 200KN, the reading is 0.1KN. At 50KN, the reading is 0.01KN.
3. Displacement display unit: millimeters.
4. Measurement accuracy: ≤ 1%, reading ± 1 word.

6. Displacement display zeroing: zeroing
7. Operating environment temperature: -5 ℃ to+45 ℃
8. Operating environment humidity: 80% (relative humidity)
9. Power supply voltage range: 220 ± 15% (50HZ)
10. There is no strong magnetic field around during use.
11. Allowable load error: 1%
3、 Usage:
1. First, use a five core cable signal line to connect the selected load sensor to the "force signal input" socket on the left side of the rear panel of the tester. (Pull the front panel to the selected sensor range, such as 50KN or 200KN) After zeroing, it will display 000KN.
2. Twist the displacement sensor and displacement signal line together. The other end is connected to the socket on the back panel (displacement input) of the tester.
3. Connect the power socket to the 220V power socket on the back panel of the tester and connect it to the 220V power supply.
4. Press the front panel (power switch) to turn on the light, and the LCD will display numbers.
5. At this time, turn the two window zero adjustment knobs, each set to 000
6. The 00mm displacement sensor should display as 000mm
7. The load window displays a reading of 50KN and the sensor shows 00.000KN
There should be a 15 minute warm-up process from startup to operation, and work should begin after the numbers have stabilized.
4、 Storage and maintenance:
1. The digital load displacement tester is a precision electronic instrument. Before use, it is necessary to have a thorough understanding of the instrument and be familiar with the testing methods.
When the instrument is not in use, the sensor should be removed and packed together with other accessories in the packaging box.
3. The packaging box should be placed in a dry and oil-free place.
4. This instrument should be handled with care and prevented from strong vibrations.
5. The fuse is located on the back panel of the tester, in the power socket (or fuse holder), and can be opened with a small Phillips knife to a capacity of 1A.
6. This instrument must not be opened by itself to avoid affecting the testing accuracy.
When users discover a malfunction in the display instrument, they can request to send it to a designated repair station or manufacturing unit for repair.
