Machine Description:

This machine tool is used for cutting flat surfaces, forming surfaces (including curved surfaces), and groove keys of various parts, and can also cut molds and other workpieces with a tilt angle ranging from 0 to 10 degrees. It is suitable for single or small batch production.

The worktable of the machine tool has three different directions of feed (longitudinal, transverse, and rotary), so the workpiece can be continuously machined on the machine tool after one clamping.

The machine tool has a hydraulic transmission mechanism for reciprocating motion of the slider and a hydraulic feed device for the worktable. The speed of the slider remains constant during each stroke, and both the movement speed of the slider and the movement of the worktable can be adjusted infinitely. The hydraulic control panel has a directional structure for changing the direction of the slider and supplying oil. In addition to hydraulic and manual feed, the worktable also has fast longitudinal, transverse, and rotary movements driven by a separate electric motor. The hydraulic feed insertion machine uses instantaneous feed when the work is completed and returns, which is superior to the drum feed used in mechanical insertion machines.
