Equipment operation:
Place the sample packaging into the testing chamber and then close the lid of the testing chamber. The experiment is divided into four testing stages
1Vacuum pumping stage:
Apply a predetermined level of vacuum to generate expansion and monitor throughout the entire testing cycle,
2Stable stage:
After reaching the set vacuum level, enter the stable equilibrium stage
3Attenuation testing phase:
Sensors will recognize small pressure changes. If the pressure decreases beyond the set value, the packaging will be classified as leaking
4Severe hole identification stage:
At the end of the attenuation phase, if the pressure is below the pre-set level in the testing method, the package will be classified as a severe leak.
