Melt flow rate meter (Taiwan structure)

This instrument is suitable forGB3682-2000 "Determination of Melt Mass Flow Rate and Melt Volume Flow Rate of Thermoplastic Polymers". This instrument is used to measure the melt flow rate of various polymers in a viscous flow state. It is suitable for testing engineering plastics such as polycarbonate, fluoroplastics, nylon with high melting temperatures, as well as plastics with low melting temperatures such as polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene, ABS resin, and polyoxymethylene resin.This machine has open mold, closed mold, and working modes. The mold cavity can be closed when the sample is preheated, and then opened when it needs to work. This overcomes the disadvantage of ordinary melted grease that the sample flows and cannot be preheated when it is just heated.
