Metal screw pump

The HGF series single screw pump belongs to the positive displacement pump category.
Its main working components are composed of a conveyor groove, a spiral winding shaft, an eccentric spiral body screw, and a double helix surface screw liner on the inner surface.

Its working principle is that when the motor drives the screw shaft to rotate, the medium is forcibly pushed forward by the screw and enters the sealed chamber formed by the screw and screw liner. Every time the screw rotates, the liquid in the sealed chamber advances one pitch forward. With the continuous rotation of the screw, the liquid is pressed in a spiral form from one sealed chamber to another, and then squeezed out of the pump body.
