The machine uses the principle of parallelism between the upper plane of the worktable and the lower plane of the flattening device to place the sample that needs to be leveled on the worktable. Press the handle to correct the lower plane of the reference flat plate of the flattening device, level the sample so that it is parallel to the worktable, and after leveling the sample, release the pressing handle. The reference flat plate is driven by the sliding shaft and automatically rises under the action of the compression spring, leaving the leveled sample. The entire working process is completed.

Before use, first check if the reference flat plate of the flattening machine has become loose during transportation. If it has become loose, tighten it before putting it into use. Firstly, fix the sample that needs to be leveled with rubber putty or universal clamps. If rubber putty is used for fixing, there must be a processed metal plate below, and the processing surface must be in contact with the workbench. Then fix the sample on the metal plate with rubber putty, press the handle with your hand to lower the reference flat plate, flatten the sample, make the sample parallel to the lower plane of the reference flat plate, and then fix the sample. Release the pressing handle to make the reference flat plate automatically rise and detach from the sample, and gently remove the sample.
