Mica dual color liquid level gauge

This series of high temperature and high pressure resistant window type dual color water level gauges adopts high temperature and high pressure resistant aluminum silicate glass and mica. It is a local display instrument specially designed and manufactured by our factory for monitoring the water level of boiler steam drums in thermal power generation units. Equipped with a television monitoring system, remote monitoring can be achieved. This series of water level gauges can also be applied to monitor the water level of boiler steam drums in other industries such as petroleum and chemical.

3. Working temperature: saturated steam water temperature (≤ 540 ℃);

4 interface modes: flange or welded with a diameter of 28 × 5mm or 51 × 10mm, can be designed as needed.

5 Light Source: Specially designed LED red green dual color cold light source, with a power of 30 watts and continuously adjustable brightness.

7-strong flushing function:

A horizontal condenser is installed at the top of the water level gauge body, which is connected to the tank conduit and the through holes of the second row window, forming a circuit. When saturated steam flows through the condenser, it becomes a large source of condensed water that continuously flushes the observation window along the surface of the window, taking away the dirt attached to the mica on the observation window, making it less prone to scaling. This not only achieves a clear color effect, but also greatly reduces the number of blowdown washes and improves the service life of window spare parts.

8 Strong Rinse Heat Compensation Type (Strong Rinse+Low Deviation Heat Compensation Type):

The heat tracing of the water level gauge is to add three through holes from top to bottom in the body, with the upper end connected to the saturated steam of the boiler through a strong flushing condenser, and the lower part connected to the centralized downcomer of the boiler. This structural design heats the entire body by circulating saturated steam inside the body, reducing heat loss and partially compensating for water level differences, providing a more realistic display of the water level inside the steam drum. At the same time, the window is less prone to scaling, greatly reducing the frequency of sewage flushing.
