Micro leakage sealing detector for electrical components
Testing principle:

Determine whether there is gas leakage in the test chamber by comparing the pressure between the standard chamber and the test chamber.
The reference container and the tested container are both sealed and leak free. After placing the sample into the tested container, the pressure change of the tested container is caused by gas leakage of the sample. The pressure change is detected by a differential pressure sensor, and the leakage hole diameter and leakage flow rate can be derived through formula calculation

| Single sensor testing technology |
A single sensor generally refers to the use of a pressure sensor, which is connected to the testing chamber and determines the test results based on the pressure changes of the sensor.
This technology has low detection accuracy and can generally detect 5ccm (about 25 μ m leakage).
The detection accuracy depends on the precision of the pressure sensor.

| Dual sensor testing technology |
Generally, it refers to the use of two types of sensors, pressure sensors and differential pressure sensors, in conjunction with a dual chamber comparative test. The test results are determined by monitoring the pressure changes of the differential pressure sensor.
This technology has high detection accuracy and can distinguish leaks below 3 μ m.
