Product Introduction:
The WDW-100H microcomputer controlled ring stiffness testing machine is our company's new generation fully automatic control testing machine. The machine adopts computer automatic control, displays experimental data and curves in real time, and is connected to an external printer to print experimental reports.
Functional purpose
The ring stiffness testing machine is mainly used to determine the maximum force value, upper and lower yield strength, compression, ring stiffness, ring flexibility, pipe tension, pipe creep ratio and other series of tests.
Product Features:
The machine adopts a four column frame dual space structure; Pull up and press down.
The speed control system adopts servo speed control system and servo motor, with stable and reliable performance, and mechanical protection devices such as overcurrent, overvoltage, overload, etc.
The transmission part adopts a circular arc synchronous toothed belt and a precision ball screw pair for smooth transmission, low noise, and high transmission efficiency.
The universal joint adopts a cross pin structure and has a swing angle limiting function. On the one hand, it is convenient for sample clamping, ensuring the concentricity of the test, and on the other hand, it effectively eliminates the influence of irregular samples on the sensor.
5. Equipped with a dedicated ring stiffness deformation measurement device to ensure more accurate deformation results.
6. The three models are suitable for pipe diameters of up to 1000mm, 2000mm, and 3000mm.
