3、 Structure Introduction
This machine consists of the body, oil pump, high-precision digital servo valve, YAW-300D electro-hydraulic measurement and control system, branded computer, display and other main parts.
3.1 Body parts
The pressure bearing part is a frame structure, with two pillars connected by nuts to the upper and lower crossbeams, which are fastened to the platform. A dust cover is installed between the piston guard plate and the oil cylinder. The oil cylinder and piston installed in the middle of the lower crossbeam are the main components of this machine, and both need to be ground to have a specific fit clearance.
The supporting part is fixed by the platform, bottom plate, and six columns, supporting the pressure bearing part, control frame part, motor pump, oil tank, etc.
3.2 Oil pump, high-precision digital servo valve
After connecting the oil pump and motor, they are directly fixed on the oil tank, which is placed on the bottom plate of the frame. The high-precision digital servo valve is installed at the bottom of the control cabinet, and the control cabinet is fixed on the platform.
The oil pump is a straight axis axial piston pump. When applying force, high-pressure oil from the oil pump enters the differential pressure valve and is controlled by a digital servo valve or operation button. The control operation keyboard can adjust the oil volume of the cylinder to reach the required force application speed. The return oil from the oil cylinder flows back to the oil tank through the digital servo valve to relieve the force.
3.3 Force measurement control system
The YAW-300D digital electro-hydraulic measurement and control system adopts high-precision digital servo valves with force closed-loop control function, which can achieve equal load rate loading or equal stress rate loading. It has high control accuracy and good reliability, fully meeting the experimental requirements of GB, ISO, ASM and other standards for cement, concrete and other materials, especially suitable for experimental sites that require long-term continuous work.
4、 Safety device
Test force safety device, when the test force exceeds the maximum test force of each level by about 2% -5%, or when the sensor output reaches the maximum value, the switch will be activated to stop the motor.
A thermal relay is installed on the electrical board, and when the temperature rise exceeds the specified value, the motor stops running.
5、 Installation
The testing machine should be installed on a stable foundation, with a clean and dry environment, no corrosive gases, and no strong seismic sources attached.
6、 Preparation before the experiment
Before use, it is necessary to check the position of the oil gauge in the fuel tank (when the ambient temperature is 15 ± 5 ℃, it is recommended to use GB443-84N46, which is equivalent to No. 30 anti-wear hydraulic oil); When the ambient temperature is 25 ± 5 ℃, it is recommended to use GB443-84N68, which is equivalent to No. 40 anti-wear hydraulic oil.

7.1.3 System requirements:
