It can achieve measurement and control of torque and torsion angle.

2. This machine is used to detect the maximum torsional bearing test of metal, alloy materials and their components, as well as to detect the low cycle torsional fatigue characteristics, fatigue life, prefabricated cracks and crack propagation tests under certain test conditions. The maximum bearing test is conducted under sufficiently large torsional stress, which causes local plastic deformation of the specimen beyond a certain range. Causing the specimen to fracture. We call this experiment the torsional fracture test. Throughout the entire process, the measurement and control software will automatically record test data such as torsional angle, torque value, maximum torque value, etc.

Scheme description:

This machine mainly consists of a test bench, a torsion generator (equipped with servo motor, torsion sensor, angle sensor), and other necessary accessories.

1. Adopting high-power servo motor configuration with high and powerful torque reducer drive technology;

2. The host adopts a desktop slide structure, and the power head is equipped with a torsion sensor, an angle sensor, and a fixture part.

3. The test space can be adjusted according to the length of the specimen.

4. Install a high-precision torsion sensor on the bending plate of the host tailstock.

5. The parameters required for different experiments, such as torque, frequency, and rotation angle, can be set and displayed on the computer screen, and the progress of the experiment can also be called and queried at any time;

6. The experimental software can be operated on systems above Windows 7, and the microcomputer system can complete experimental settings, work state control, data acquisition, and computational processing. Display and print the test results;
