The valve stem adopts an anti blowout structure design, which ensures that the valve stem will not be blown out by the medium even in the event of abnormal pressure rise in the valve chamber or failure of the packing pressure block. Moreover, the valve stem adopts a bottom mounted design, and the reverse seal of the valve stem also increases with the increase of medium pressure.
4. The valve stem packing adopts a V-shaped sealing structure, which can effectively convert the compression force and medium force of the packing cover into the sealing force of the valve stem. The traditional packing gland has been changed to a two-piece structure design consisting of packing pressure plate and packing pressure sleeve. The packing pressure sleeve and packing pressure plate are in spherical contact to ensure that the packing gland is always vertical. 3、 Working principle:

start-up process
In the closed position, the ball is tightly pressed against the valve seat by the mechanical pressure exerted by the valve stem.
When the handwheel is turned counterclockwise, the valve stem moves in the opposite direction, and its bottom angular plane causes the ball to detach from the valve seat.
The valve stem continues to lift and interacts with the guide pin in the spiral groove of the valve stem, causing the ball to start rotating frictionlessly.
Until it reaches the fully open position, the valve stem is lifted to the limit position, and the ball rotates to the fully open position.
Closing process
When closing, rotate the handwheel clockwise and the valve stem begins to descend, causing the ball to move away from the valve seat and begin to rotate.
Continuing to rotate the handwheel, the valve stem is subjected to the action of the guide pin embedded in its spiral groove, causing both the valve stem and the ball to rotate 90 ° simultaneously.
When it was about to close, the sphere had already rotated 90 degrees without contact with the valve seat.
After a few turns of turning the handwheel Z, the angular plane at the bottom of the valve stem mechanically wedges and presses the ball tightly against the valve seat, achieving * sealing.


4Installation precautions:

(1) Remove the protective covers on both sides of the flange end and rinse and clean with the valve * open.

(2) Before installation, the entire machine should be tested according to the specified signal (electric or pneumatic) to prevent vibration from affecting performance during transportation. Only after passing the test can it be installed online (wiring should follow the electric actuator circuit diagram).

(3) Before connecting to the pipeline, it is necessary to flush and remove any remaining impurities in the pipeline (which may damage the valve seat and ball).

(4) During installation, please do not use the actuator part of the valve as a lifting point to avoid damaging the actuator and accessories.

(5) This type of valve should be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction of the pipeline.

(6) The pipeline near the installation point should not have any low hanging or external force bearing phenomenon. Pipe supports or supports can be used to eliminate the deviation of the pipeline.

(7) After connecting to the pipeline, please cross tighten the flange connection bolts with the specified torque.
