Precautions for roof ventilators:

1、 The roof ventilator works continuously for about a month, and we need to inject calcium sodium based grease or molybdenum disulfide grease into the bearings with butter. If the roof ventilator runs continuously for 3 months to 6 months, it is necessary to replace the grease once to fill 2/3 of the bearing space.
2、 The lack of ventilation on the roof requires regular maintenance to eliminate dust and dirt inside the fan.
3、 During the start-up, shutdown, or operation of the roof ventilator, if there is an abnormal environment, including temperature, vibration, noise, etc., it should be inspected immediately.
4、 Use a regulating device to keep the triangular tape evenly tightened, without being too loose or too tight. The length of several triangular tapes should only be similar.
5、 To deal with unused spare machines or fans that have been out of service for too long, the rotor should be rotated regularly by 120-180 ° to prevent the main shaft from bending. Add a valve to the inlet or outlet of the non powered fan on the roof, seal it when starting, and open the valve when running until the specified working condition is reached, and the inner ring and shaft are tightened together.
6、 To ensure personal silence, maintenance of non powered fans on the roof must be carried out during shutdown.
