Two microcalorimetry MST devices can be used for laboratory basic research and drug screening applications. NT.115 analyzes the thermophoretic effect by measuring labeled fluorescent dyes, while NT.LabelFree measures the intrinsic fluorescence of tryptophan excited by ultraviolet light. Both devices are based on the principle of microcalorimetry, using standard sample holders.
