The current input terminals 07 and 08 are compatible with AC and DC. When ordering, the default input range is AC/DC0-5A. Input splitters ranging from 0-75/100mV or transmitters ranging from 4-20mA or 0-100mA can be ordered; Only one specification can be selected for terminal 01, 02 switch input, 5-24V level input, or AC85-265V. 4. Record clearing

Clearing records refers to clearing all start and stop record files. The data recording adopts a first in first out loop recording method, where the earliest record is overwritten when the record is full. Start and stop 50 times a day, record full memory in 400 days.

Accumulated records refer to resetting the current accumulated time duration to zero.

7、 Data export

The data records are stored in the internal memory of the instrument. When exporting data, insert the USB flash drive into the screen to prompt the USB flash drive symbol. Export the data from the recorder to a USB drive to generate an Excel spreadsheet file, which can be opened using Excel in Office software.

The USB flash drive needs to be formatted in FAT or FAT32 format. If there is a failure in exporting the USB flash drive, it is necessary to format the USB flash drive and try again. Generate two files for each channel and record the instrument power on/off time. For example, the file name ABCD-AL2.CSV, where ABCD - is the data for parameter settings, A represents the first export (to ensure that multiple exports to the USB drive are not overwritten), L represents the input action record list, and 2 represents the second channel. The file name ABCD-AS2.CSV represents the daily running time length of the second channel statistics. The file name PD.CSV is the power on/off record file of the instrument.

8、 Communication Printing Instructions

(1) This product can come with two independent communication interfaces, one for communication and the other for connecting to a micro printer. The RS485 standard communication distance is 1.5km and can be connected to multiple instruments. The data format consists of 1 start bit, 8 data bits, and 1 stop bit, and the checksum can be set. To avoid communication conflicts, the instruments are all in listening mode. The computer sends a command to a certain instrument at a specified address, and then waits for a period of time for the instrument to respond. After the instrument receives the correct command, it sends out the data. After sending, the instrument is in listening mode again. In the same system, instrument addresses cannot be the same, and baud rates must be consistent.

(2) Adopting the standard Modbus RTU communication protocol, using the 03, 04, and 06 function numbers. When using configuration software, standard Modbus or Modicon (XX Kang) PLCs can be selected, Modbus RTU address type, function number 3X or 4X can be used, register address starts from the first, data is integer 16 bits, and using configuration software registers starts from 4x001 or 4x000 (or 3x001 3x000). The communication transmission data is signed integer data, and the decimal places need to be processed according to the actual situation. When the data is greater than 0X8000, the actual negative value is obtained by adding 1 in reverse. For example, if the communication transmission data is 0XFFFF, the corresponding data value is -1, and if the communication transmission data is 0XF012, the corresponding data value is -4078. For long integer data such as cumulants, the data value is equal to the high-order x 65536+low order; During configuration, users can also choose the data type as long integer (Long), and the system will automatically calculate the cumulative amount. Register 4x1024/25 is a 32-bit single precision floating-point number type for current measurement values, following standard IEEE754, such as 0x42CAFBCF corresponding to 101.4918.

9、 Warranty
