The fiber optic temperature measurement system independently developed by Fuzhou Huaguang Tianrui is very suitable for applications in high-voltage electromagnetic field environments, such as transformer winding temperature, switchgear contact temperature, and high-voltage cable joint temperature, due to the obvious advantages of fluorescence temperature measurement. Fluorescent fiber optic probe

The fiber optic probe consists of three parts: ST connector, fiber optic cable, and end temperature sensing end. The ST connector is the connection part with the optoelectronic module; Fiber optic cable is the transmission part, with quartz fiber inside. The quartz fiber has a coating and cladding on the outside, and a PTFE protective sleeve on the outermost part; The temperature sensing end contains temperature sensing rare earth materials, which are used to generate optical signals containing temperature information; The overall temperature resistance of the optical fiber is 200 ℃, with an outer diameter of 3mm. The long-term bending radius is 13.2cm. The short-term bending radius is 4.4cm. When the distance between the optical fiber lead and the ground is 0.4m, it can withstand a power frequency voltage of 100KV for 5 minutes.
