Box material: The inner liner is made of SUS # 304 8K mirror stainless steel material, and the outer box is made of SUS # 304 matte stainless steel material or A3 cold-rolled steel plate electrostatically sprayed. Install a large observation window with lighting on the box door to keep the inside bright, and use tempered glass embedded in the heating body to observe the condition inside the box clearly at any time. There is a testing hole on the left side of the box, which can be used for external testing power cords or signal testing holes. Wind circulation system:
1. Adopting a multi wing centrifugal fan for strong air circulation, avoiding any dead corners, can make the temperature and humidity distribution in the testing area uniform.

Multi functional constant temperature and humidity testing equipmentAccording to the application scenario and volume, it can be divided into multiple types to meet different testing requirements:
Battery specific test box: designed for battery products, supporting high and low temperature storage, discharge cycle and other tests. The workshop capacity covers 80L~1000L, and models include BY-260A-80 to BY-260A-1000. For example, the 80L model (400 × 500 × 400mm studio size) is suitable for testing small battery samples, while the 1000L model (1000 × 1000 × 1000mm) can meet the requirements for testing large battery packs or multiple samples simultaneously.
Step in test chamber: designed for large-scale equipment or batch sample testing, with a temperature range of -70 ℃~800 ℃, supporting customized heating and cooling rates (0.7~10 ℃/min), model BY-260BR series.
Small universal test chamber: such as the 120L model, suitable for testing small products such as electronics and plastics, equipped with a three-layer insulated tempered glass observation window and an internal circulation system to ensure temperature uniformity ≤ 2 ℃.
Vertical customized test chamber: Provides customized services for shell material (stainless steel/A3 steel plate), temperature range, cooling rate, etc. The inner chamber is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate, and the insulation layer is made of high-density aluminum silicate fiber cotton to ensure a stable testing environment.
