Hvjf 9004Multi functional handheld partial discharge inspection deviceOverview
The handheld partial discharge tester is developed by our technical personnel based on years of experience in partial discharge testing, and is suitable for online detection and positioning of partial discharge in high-voltage equipment.
The system is equipped with composite TEV sensors, ultra-high frequency sensors, high-frequency current transformers, and high-sensitivity ultrasonic sensors to collect partial discharge signals inside high-voltage equipment. The system adopts multi-stage detection and frequency reduction technology to reduce the frequency of the discharge signal, while using high-speed AD conversion circuit to digitize the signal, and ensuring the reliability of the detection data through interference signal processing methods such as digital signal processing and adaptive filtering. By collecting different signals generated by partial discharge inside high-voltage equipment, the operating status of the equipment can be quickly detected with electricity. This instrument can be installed and tested while the equipment is in operation, without any impact on the normal operation of the equipment. It is convenient for staff to evaluate the operation status of the switchgear in a timely manner, greatly improving the reliability, safety, and effectiveness of equipment operation.
The handheld partial discharge tester consists of a tester host, partial discharge detection software, composite TEV sensor, ultrasonic sensor, high-frequency current transformer, ultra-high frequency sensor, and connecting wires.
Adopting standards
The design of this handheld partial discharge tester (HVJF9004) adopts the following standards:
GB/T 7354-2003 Partial Discharge Measurement;
GB 4793.1-2007 Safety Requirements for Electrical Equipment for Measurement, Control and Laboratory Use Part 1: General Requirements;
GB/T 2423.8-1995 Basic Environmental Testing Procedures for Electrical and Electronic Products;
GB 2900 Terminology for Electricians;
GB/T 16927 High Voltage Test Techniques;
DL/T 356-2010 Calibration Specification for Partial Discharge Measuring Instruments;
DL/T 417-2006 Guidelines for On site Measurement of Partial Discharge in Power Equipment;
IEC1000 Electromagnetic Compatibility.
Operation precautions
1. Before using the instrument, please read this user manual carefully.
2. During the experiment, differentsensorWhen measuring, the parameters should be set correctly in the 'Parameter Settings' section to ensure accurate measurement.
3. If the sensor needs to be replaced during the detection process, the 'output voltage' should be turned off.
4. During the use of the instrument, the equipment should be handled with care to avoid collision.
5. After the experiment is completed, please turn off the power and charge the host in a timely manner.
