3、 Usage:

Before using the multifunctional magnetic heating mixer HJ-5, please first check if the accompanying accessories are complete. Place the beaker that needs to be mixed in the center of the mixer workbench, then plug in the power plug and temperature control probe of the instrument, and then turn on the power switch to select the mixing method you need. The indicator light will light up and start working. When selecting constant temperature mixing: ① Turn the temperature "setting temperature" selection switch to the "setting" position, adjust the temperature control knob, and the number will display the temperature you need to set. ② Turn the selection switch to the "temperature" position, and the number will display the actual temperature of the solution in the beaker (the red indicator light is on, indicating that the heating wire is working; the green light is on, indicating that it is in a constant temperature state). The speed can be adjusted from slow to fast (fast start is not allowed to prevent the mixer from jumping), and heating cannot be done when not mixing. When not working, the power should be cut off. To ensure safety, please connect the ground wire when using, and the instrument should be kept clean and dry. It is strictly prohibited for the solution to enter the machine to avoid damaging the parts.

4、 Attention:

1. If the stirrer jumps or does not stir during mixing, please cut off the power and check if the beaker is flat and in the correct position. At the same time, please measure if the current voltage is between 220V ± 10V, otherwise the above situation will occur.
2. The heating time should generally not be too long, and intermittent use can prolong the service life.
3. Medium speed operation can work continuously for 8 hours, while high-speed operation can work continuously for 4 hours.
4. The whole machine is equipped with a set of fixture supports, a PTFE stirrer, and a power cord (plug). To ensure product reputation, any malfunctions caused by quality issues with the unit within one year from the date of manufacture of our products will be repaired or replaced by our factory
