Multi parameter combination probe KR939SB4It is a non bus structure universal combination transmitter widely used in the safety monitoring system of cooling tower fans. This probe is capable of monitoring controlled equipment in all directions, which is a key safety operation indicator - mechanical vibration. It simultaneously completes high-quality vibration measurements in the X, Y, and Z orthogonal directions (in accordance with the International Organization for Standardization ISO-2372 standard) and measures the temperature of the lubricating oil inside the gearbox. The probe adopts a micro machining process vibration sensor originally from the United States. The vibration signal obtained by the sensor is then passed through a bandpass converter, a transformer, an amplifier, and a true effective value converter. Finally, the voltage/current drive circuit generates a 4-20mA standard current signal proportional to the vibration intensity. This probe integrates four two-wire 4-20mA transmitters that can be directly connected to computer data acquisition and control systems (DCS, PLC, etc.) for use. Appearance and installation structure: The probe is a fully enclosed waterproof structure made of stainless steel, weighing about 0.6kg. The probe is in the form of an external thread and is installed in the threaded installation hole of the fan gearbox. The temperature probe rod is inserted into the gearbox. The thread specifications and probe insertion depth can be declared at the time of ordering.

Signal output characteristics: DC/4-20mA quasi two-wire output. Due to the limited number of probe wiring terminals, the positive power terminals of the four independent two-wire transmitters inside the probe are already connected internally, forming a+V terminal. If users need four independent two-wire outputs from the transmitters, they can request that the product be pre packaged with an 8-core shielded cable before leaving the factory for external output connection.

Users can connect in different ways according to the internal wiring principle of the probe. Please refer to the instruction manual [Figure 2] for the internal wiring principle diagram of the probe. When connecting the probe to the distributed computer measurement and control system DCS, refer to the instruction manual [Figure 5] and the wiring diagram of the DCS-AI input module. When connecting the probe to the programmable logic controller (PLC), refer to the instruction manual [Figure 6] and the wiring diagram of the PLC-AI input module.
Environmental characteristics: Environmental temperature range: -20~80 ℃, environmental humidity range: 0~100% (the outlet port is sealed with 704 silicone rubber)
Wiring and maintenance: The reference wiring specification is 5 × 0.3mm 2/RVVP type five core shielded cable, and the outer diameter of the cable seal should be between ¢ 5 and ¢ 7mm. Due to the high humidity environment inside the air duct, the cable must be strictly sealed with silicone rubber! The user customizes a pre packaged cable with a length of 10-15 meters from the factory, and during installation, the cable is led out to the external junction box of the air duct for connection. This probe can be used for a long time without maintenance.
