- The linear axis is driven by twin-screw twin motors and has a dual motor simultaneous positioning patent, allowing the linear axis to achieve a feed rate of 60m/min without losing positioning accuracy (linear axis positioning accuracy ± 2 μ/total length, repeatability accuracy ± 1 μ).
- A high shock absorption and high rigidity hard rail slide surface with thickened heat treatment layer.
- X. The Y-axis is driven by high rigidity twin-screw twin-screw motors and has dual motors for simultaneous positioning.
- Standard configuration includes X, Y, Z, and B-axis optical rulers and an Intelligent Advance Control (IAC) system for thermal displacement correction.
- Adhere to TGA (True Geometric Accuracy) assembly, using scratch engineering on the contact surfaces of the main components to achieve mechanical perpendicularity and parallelism, without using NC devices for correction.
