Overview

To solve the problems of time-consuming and labor-intensive polishing of pouring ports and mold joints in the casting industry, as well as unstable product quality, Norbert has designed an automatic polishing dedicated robot equipment. This series of products is a standard product independently developed by Norbert for customers. It adopts a robot like architecture and 7-axis 4-axis linkage, suitable for grinding and cutting small-sized casting products ranging from 0 to 50Kg (including fixtures). The equipment combines flexibility and rigidity, and can flexibly polish various complex shaped castings. It comes standard with dual workstations, which can simultaneously polish different products, saving loading and unloading cycles and facilitating automated assembly.

The NBFS series five axis machining center adopts a gantry structure, which is divided into platform mobile type (single/double station) and gantry mobile type. The high rigidity bed is matched with high-performance drive and transmission components to ensure that the machine tool has the best dynamic characteristics and drive rigidity, and has perfect high-speed milling performance. During processing, the five axis linkage enables machining around the workpiece, enabling one-time clamping and multi-faceted machining; Dual station can achieve uninterrupted production and processing of one station for processing and the other station for loading and unloading materials.
