Overview
The MWS series microwave level sensor is designed as a non-contact level sensor or flow sensor.
MWS is an ideal single point level switch, object position on/off switch, and chute blockage or flow detection device.
MWS includes a transmitter and a receiver; Microwaves are transmitted from the transmitter to the receiver; When the position of the tested material is raised between the transmitter and receiver, the transmission of microwaves decreases, and this attenuation is detected and converted into a relay output signal.
Technical advantages
Strong penetration: The high frequency of 24GHz does not attenuate dust, moisture, and vapor, and is harmless to the human body;
● Rotation wave transmission: To avoid generating erroneous signals from unwanted reflected waves, MWS sends rotation waves. The normal rotation direction from the transmitter is clockwise. If there is interference such as angle or light, the rotation direction will become counterclockwise due to its reflection, so the receiver will not receive this signal.
No need for angle adjustment
The beam range of about 30 degrees avoids misalignment.
