Working Principle:
1. Insert two synthetic resin guide tubes with sealed front ends in parallel from the top of the container.
2. Place the inspection part suspended by a high-frequency cable inside the guide tube. As a section of the high-frequency cable is connected to the upper drum, the rotation of the drum can cause both inspection parts to move up and down simultaneously.
3. At the front end of the inspection section, there are corresponding luminescent and luminescent elements. When there is no object blocking the light between the two elements, the photocurrent * is greater; When there is a detected object, the photocurrent decreases or is interrupted.
4. By using pulleys, the intensity of the photocurrent changes is transmitted to the converter for signal processing. Due to the fact that when the photocurrent is high, it causes the servo motor to rotate in the forward direction, and when the photocurrent is low, it causes the servo motor to rotate in the reverse direction, the detection part will decrease in the upper liquid layer and increase in the lower liquid layer based on the distance between the upper and lower liquid layers or the difference in transparency of the sediment object.
5. When the output voltage at the interface layer is 0, as shown in the diagram, the servo motor stops running when it is in a balanced state at the interface layer. When the interface layer rises or falls, it generates voltage to drive the servo motor, and the detection part moves up and down according to the interface position. At this point, driving the potentiometer slows down the drum speed, and the external output signal is 4-20mA DC, or driving the pointer of the on-site indicator to move.
When the transparency of the upper and lower liquid layers is completely opposite, measurements can be made based on the forward and reverse variations of the servo motor rotation.
