Product Introduction

1) Combustion method
I. Secondary pollution occurring during waste combustion process
(1) Toxic and harmful substance pollution that occurs during high-temperature combustion of chemical products.
⑵ Pollution from toxic and harmful substances (including sulfides, carbides, etc.) in the air.
The environmental pollution caused by chemical waste generated in the automotive industry, as well as the severe and slow pollution caused by diesel vehicle exhaust.

II. Odor control in waste incineration plants
(1) Odor control during normal operation of the combustion furnace
To prevent odor control, negative pressure should be maintained inside the waste bin. To prevent odor gases from escaping, the waste bin is planned to be enclosed. The air containing odorous substances is sucked out from the suction port on the waste bin by the primary fan of the combustion furnace. The air containing oily odorous substances is sent as combustion air from the slag hopper at the bottom of the grate into the combustion furnace, where the odorous pollutants are burned and oxidized.
The secondary air is drawn in from the vicinity of the combustion furnace, and at the high temperature inside the combustion furnace, the air containing steam and odorous substances is also oxidized and decomposed.
The odor generated in the leachate area is introduced into the waste bin through the odor induced draft fan installed on the ground.
(2) The shutdown of the combustion furnace is due to odor control
When the combustion furnace is shut down for maintenance, the odor in the waste bin is sucked out through the exhaust outlet set at the upper part of the waste bin and sent to the activated carbon adsorption systemDevice, foul odorwaste gasAfter being treated with activated carbon adsorption to meet relevant standards, it is discharged into the atmosphere 5m above the waste bin through the exhaust fan and exhaust pipe.
(3) Control plan for preventing and controlling odor leakage throughout the factory
① The odor leakage caused by air leakage at the entrance and exit of the unloading hall is caused by the entry and exit of waste transport vehicles. Therefore, active on/off air curtains can be installed at the inlet and outlet of the unloading hall to separate indoor and outdoor air activities and prevent odor leakage. Air curtain: It is a device that uses forced air activity to separate the lobby from outdoor air activity.
② Handling of unloading during combustion operation. The amount of air required for different quantities of combustion furnaces also varies, so it is necessary to ensure that the air flow rate drawn in from the waste inlet is above the specified value.
(4) Steam and Odor Control Plan for Slag Storage Drainage
There is no suction port on the slag silo, and the air duct fan is used. The water vapor and odor in the slag silo volume are calculated based on 6 air changes per hour, and the exhaust pipe is discharged into the atmosphere 5m above the waste silo.
