Overview
Product Name: New Version Full Liquid Unit Product Overview: "Full liquid" unit refers to the use of a "shell and tube evaporator" in the form of a "full liquid evaporator", which is different from a "dry" shell and tube evaporator. Its "shell side" runs through the refrigerant cycle, while its "tube side" runs through the chilled water cycle. From a cross-sectional view, it looks like there is more than half of the refrigerant in the cylinder, and the water flowing tube bundle is immersed in the refrigerant. It is exactly the opposite of a "dry evaporator", where the refrigerant flows through the "tube side" and the water flows through the "shell side", like a refrigerant tube bundle soaked in water. Full liquid evaporators, as well as full liquid units, have higher heat transfer efficiency compared to dry evaporators/dry units. The temperature difference between the outlet water temperature and the evaporation temperature is small, and the resistance along the way is low. They are suitable for units with large circulation volumes and have good refrigeration effects. The screw type water-cooled full liquid chiller unit has a large cooling capacity and, together with the end treatment equipment, forms a large centralized air conditioning system with a wide range of applications. The unit has a compact structure, small footprint, simple pipeline design, only requires external water pipes, and easy installation and maintenance. Provide multiple protection functions such as high and low voltage protection, frozen water anti freezing and icing protection, power phase sequence protection, phase loss protection, insufficient water flow protection, compressor motor overheating, etc.
Product Details

a. The refrigeration system circuit is designed with multiple compressor heads to choose from, with 1-4 compressor heads that do not interfere with each other.

b. The compressors of each refrigeration system are started in sequence, and a single compressor is started with star delta voltage reduction under low load (25%) to reduce the starting current and thus reduce the impact on the power grid.

c. Application of Refrigeration Compressors

◇ Brand 5:6 asymmetric twin-screw compressor, which is the current screw compressor. Its moving parts are 1/10 of reciprocating compressors, and the vibration is 1/5 of reciprocating compressors, without the need for foundation fixation. A total of 11 high-precision German FAG and Swedish SKF bearings are used in both radial and axial directions, combined with axial thrust balance drums to balance axial loads. The failure rate is 1/10 of that of reciprocating compressors, and with the addition of components, the unit can operate stably for a long period of time, with high energy efficiency, long service life (100000 hours of operation), low failure rate, and easy maintenance.

A single compressor can achieve graded and stepless energy regulation, which is flexible, convenient, and energy-efficient in operation.

The double-layer three-dimensional oil separation filter has good oil filtration effect, ensuring the normal operation of the compressor and the cleanliness of the heat exchanger, so that the unit is always in heat exchange.

Adopting a pump free built-in pressure differential lubrication system, it is energy-saving and highly reliable.

◇ Fluorine resistant and low loss motor design, equipped with reliable motor overheating protection device, ensuring high reliability operation of the motor.

The design of the exhaust chamber and continuous gas supply to the rotor ensure low vibration and low noise of the compressor.

d. Highly reliable functional components

◇ Heat exchanger: The evaporator and condenser of the unit are both shell and tube heat exchangers, using imported plates, and the internal heat exchange copper tubes are made of internally threaded copper tubes. It has high pressure resistance, high heat exchange efficiency, maintenance free, and long service life.

◇ System: The unit adopts Siemens system. The PLC technology used can accept programming and has complete communication functions, making it easy to interface with building intelligent systems.

Electrical system: The unit uses electrical components from brands such as Siemens and Schneider.

◇ Human machine interface: The unit adopts Siemens touch LCD display screen, with Chinese and English human-machine interface, simple operation program, one click start, and automatic operation.

Other operating components such as expansion valves, solenoid valves, drying filters, electrical components, etc. are all imported brands with reliable quality and long service life.

e. Application of refrigerants

Multiple refrigerants can be used, such as R134a, R407C, R404A, etc., to meet social requirements.

f. The heat recovery system of the unit uses heat exchange equipment to recover and utilize the waste heat from the condenser in the refrigeration system. The high-temperature refrigerant discharged from the compressor first enters the heat recovery device, where it exchanges heat with tap water to supply domestic or process hot water, and then enters the condenser for heat exchange. Condensation heat recovery not only provides hot water, but also improves the operation of the unit and reduces its operating costs.

◇ Stability: Shanglei integrates global supplier resources to order each component of the unit, ensuring the high quality of each component and thus ensuring the stability of the overall quality of the machine.

Energy saving: The unit adopts the Siemens complete system, coupled with the energy-saving program independently developed by Shanglei Refrigeration, to ensure that the unit automatically adjusts the operation status of the compressor according to the set working conditions, greatly ensuring smooth and energy-saving operation of the unit. The unit can recover and utilize the waste heat from the condenser, reducing the operating costs of the unit.


◇ Simplicity: The unit structure is simple and has a good human-machine interface. Within the operating range of the unit, the operating conditions of the unit can be freely set. Once set, the unit can operate on its own and adjust its energy in real time, making it easy to operate.
