Product Introduction:
9810A-5A is a low solid, halogen-free, no cleaning flux. Flux has excellent solderability, with full and bright solder joints, good tin penetration performance, and a flat and uniform PCB surface with good smoothness after soldering.
This flux can achieve excellent welding results under the specified usage parameters and meet the high performance requirements of various electrical welding indicators. Can be used with lead-free solder.
This product has no irritating odor, low smoke, no toxicity to human body, and no pollution to the environment
High surface insulation resistance, good electrical performance, full and shiny solder joints.

When using the foaming type, please note that the liquid level of the flux must be higher than the foaming tube, and the foaming height should reach 1/2 of the thickness of the foam dipped into the PCB board, not more than the board. During use, solvents will evaporate. When the specific gravity exceeds the standard range, appropriate diluent 9810 and flux solution should be added to control its specific gravity within the standard range. When using an automatic specific gravity controller to control the specific gravity, it is recommended to control the specific gravity within 0.801-0.811 (25 ℃), and the set value of the automatic specific gravity controller should be set to 0.808-0.810, and checked regularly to ensure the quality of the welding aid.

When using the foaming method, the active ingredients in the flux will be consumed after a period of use, resulting in a decrease in its activity. To avoid affecting the welding quality, it is necessary to regularly update it (it is recommended to replace it every 40 hours or once a week).
