Installation steps:
1. Tank wall polishing
Firstly, we need to polish the outer wall of the jar, with a polishing area greater than Φ 80mm
2. Remove the protective film
Take out the probe and remove the probe protector.
3. Apply coupling agent
The sealing ring is placed on the outer edge of the shielding cover, and the probe core is coated with silicone grease with a thickness of 1.5-2mm

The bent bracket is fixed on the DN50 (2 ') riser with a U-shaped clamp and M8 nut

6. Install the host
Use the cross disc head screw M8 * 14, flat washer 8, and spring washer 8 from the installation accessories to secure the host to the installation bracket
7. Pipeline laying

Pipeline interface thread: The pipeline interface of the instrument host is G1/2 "internal thread, and the pipeline interface of the measuring probe is G1/2" external thread. Users usually use DN20 (6 ') galvanized pipe interface with G3/4 "external thread, which requires corresponding adapter. The packaging accessory bag is equipped with adapter.
Flexible hose connection: The flexible hose connecting the host and measuring probe to the nearest part is connected by an explosion-proof flexible hose, and the rest of the pipeline is equipped with DN20 (6 ') galvanized pipe. The hose connecting the measuring probe should not have a large torque force to prevent the measuring probe from falling off.
Sealing and drainage: The inlet of the host must be equipped with a sealing ring and metal gasket (built-in) with corresponding aperture to lock the cable and prevent water ingress; The lower part of the pipe laid between the measuring probe and the host must have a drainage outlet, such as a drainage type explosion-proof isolation sealing box (provided by the user).
Anti interference: Instrument pipelines should be avoided from being laid in parallel with strong interference lines such as motors and motors.
