Product Introduction
OMRDON CCTV security monitoring system analog camera 2-in-1 surge protector (also known as 2-in-1 surge protector, 2-in-1 surge protector, 2-in-1 lightning arrester) is designed according to IEC and GB standards and is suitable for lightning electromagnetic pulse (LEMP) surge protection of power and signal lines of analog cameras without pan tilt control. It is an integrated multifunctional surge protector. Mainly used to implement surge protection for the power supply and video lines of monitoring analog cameras, which can fully protect the latest technology monitoring equipment.
Functional features:
1. Large current capacity: 10KA (8/20 μ S), high-speed response (10-12 nanoseconds), low loss;
2. The integrated design concept of power supply and video lightning protection does not take up space and is suitable for lightning protection of monitoring analog cameras without pan tilt control;
3. Can effectively prevent equipment damage caused by instantaneous increase in potential difference between camera power, video, pan tilt control and other devices;
4. Internally adopts a two-stage series linkage protection, with low residual voltage and long service life;
5. Power surge protection port with LED failure indicator (green: normal; off: failure);
6. The two in one lightning arrester adopts an integrated structure, small size, easy wiring, and convenient installation.
Installation method
1. The 2-in-1 lightning arrester is installed in series in front of the camera port (with the "IN" marked end connected to the line and the "OUT" marked end connected to the protected camera), and then directly grounded.
2. Line terminal connection method (power supply part): Connect "L/+" and "N/-" at both ends of the power supply respectively.
3. BNC video cable connection method: Simply use the BNC male and female connectors of the coaxial cable to connect.
4. The cross-section of the grounding wire should be ≥ 4mm2 and as short as possible. The installation of this lightning protection product requires a grounding resistance of less than 4 Ω, and the lightning protection performance is optimal when the grounding wire and grounding resistance are qualified.
5. This lightning arrester is maintenance free, and its working condition should be checked and recorded in a timely manner after thunderstorms.
