1.During the first test, threshold setting is required.Measuring the same type of oil does not require threshold setting in the future and can be done directly.

2. Soak the oil chamber in petroleum ether with a boiling range of 60-90 ℃, and then wipe it clean with a dry cotton ball.

3. First, select the oil product, and then useSampling dropperGet new oil3-5 drops, when the oil level in the oil chamber is closed, press the 【 Lower Limit Calibration 】 button, and this value is the lower limit of the new oil. After completion, drip into the oil chamber soaked in petroleum ether, wipe clean with a dry cotton ball, and drip in dirty oil. Press the 'Upper Limit Calibration' button, and this value is the upper limit of dirty oil. After both the upper and lower limits are available, press the [OK] key. The software automatically records it. This value is the dielectric constant value of the oil, with a range of 0-6.6. It can also be manually set within this range. For example, I set the lower limit value to 2.0 and the upper limit value to 5.0. When testing below or equal to 2.0, the test result will show: good, indicating good oil quality and can continue to be used; When the test is above 2.0 but below 5.0, the test result will show: usable. It means that the tested oil can be scrapped or continue to be used; When tested above 5.0, the test result will display: scrapped, indicating that the oil should be changed.

Oil measurement

1. After setting the threshold, the software will record the settings,Attention: The same batch of oil does not need to be set again. We can measure it directly in the future.

2. Oil measurement: Set the oil product name and number. useSampling dropperGet new oil3-5 drops, when the oil level in the oil chamber is closed, press 【 Start Measurement 】 and the measurement result will be displayed after a few seconds. The test results are displayed on the left side of the interface, and the results are displayed in a columnar structure on the right side. Distinguish by color: good use green, acceptable use yellow, scrap use red.

3. Press the 'Save' button to save the test results to the database for easy querying.

4. 【 Print 】 button: Print the test results.

5. Test completed: Wipe off the oil in the oil chamber with a dry cotton ball and drip petroleum ether into the oil chamber; Clean the oil chamber with a dry cotton ball later. Prepare for the next test.

Notes:When measuring, the oil product name must be consistent with the threshold set oil product name. For example, if the threshold is set to car engine oil, the oil product during measurement must be car engine oil. If gear oil is selected, the test result will be inaccurate.

1. After the test is completed, you can enter the data query interface to search for data. You can search for the test results based on the oil product name, number, and testing time. Once you find the test results, you can choose to print or delete them.

3.Precautions for use

1)During testing, place the instrument flat and avoid vibration to ensure testing accuracy.

2)When cleaning the oil chamber, do not hit the bottom with hard objects to avoid damaging the sensor.

3)The extraction of dirty oil should be uniform, and it is best to use a sampler for extraction.

4)Normally, acetone is not used to wipe the oil chamber.

5)After the test is completed, be sure to turn off the power switch of the host.

6)The temperature range for instrument use is-15 ℃~+55 ℃. When the ambient temperature is low, the LCD screen may freeze. When the ambient temperature is too high, the data may be severely distorted.

7)Do not use strong static electricity, strong magnetism, or air with relative humidity>70 Use in the above environment to avoid interference with the inspectionMeasure the work of the components.
