Key points of equipment technology

1. The vacuum suction system ensures no dripping or leakage during the filling process, and will not contaminate the conveyor chain plate and bottle body. The filling head and cylinder adopt a separate mechanism, which can be disassembled separately and will not cause liquid leakage and damage to the cylinder. The imported Yadeke cylinder is durable, and other sealing and other accessories use standard parts, making replacement and maintenance simple and convenient.

Working principle of fully automatic metal cap locking machine

This section uses a chain plate conveyor belt to sequentially transport the bottles to the positioning chuck, automatically detecting the bottles. When the locked (or capped) bottle reaches the workstation directly below the cap slide, the aluminum cap automatically hangs at the bottle mouth. When the bottle is transported to the capping device station by the rotary chuck, the capping device tightens the bottle cap and inner plug, and then the bottle is transported to the capping station by the rotary chuck. The capping head automatically falls to screw the cap and lock the thread, and then the locking cap is transported to the linear conveyor belt by the rotary chuck, thus completing the entire process;

Performance characteristics:
