Flexibly utilizing the characteristics of the Glino optical system, the body lines are smooth and compact. The V-shaped optical path allows the tip of the objective lens to be designed in a slender shape and is also suitable for assembly with equipment. A small machine with superior work performance has been born.

Achieved high flatness and deep focal depth
The Greeno optical design with a better inward angle enables both high flatness and deeper focal depth to be achieved simultaneously. Being able to correctly focus on samples with large concave and convex features from the front to the inside, resulting in a three-dimensional observation image.

Realized observation images that are faithful to the sample
The natural color reproduction function allows observation of the original color of the sample. The suppression of image plane curvature enables a more realistic observation of the shape of the sample. In addition, the zoom ratio is 6.7 (0.67x~4.5x) [SZ61], 5 (0.8x~4x) [SZ51], with excellent performance.
