On site metallographic microscope BX-800

1、 Instrument function:
The BX-800 series portable on-site metallographic microscope is mainly suitable for metallographic inspection and failure analysis of various large workpieces on site. It does not require cutting or sampling, but directly grinds and polishes the workpiece to ensure its integrity. The microscope base is equipped with a strong magnetic suction seat, which can be directly attached to the workpiece to observe its metallographic structure and perform on-site metallographic inspection. On site metallographic microscopes are mainly used in aviation manufacturing, mechanical manufacturing, vehicle manufacturing, boiler and pressure vessel manufacturing and inspection. They can also be applied in industries such as petrochemicals, railways, shipbuilding, power plants, power stations, equipment installation, safety inspection of large molds, quality supervision, and physical and chemical laboratories. The instrument is widely used in factories and laboratories for casting quality identification, raw material inspection, or research and analysis of metallographic structure after material treatment.
2、 Instrument features:
★ Fully equipped, integrating on-site sample preparation, microscopic observation, and microscopic digital photography, easy to use and fast. Sample preparation can be carried out using mechanical, electrolytic, chemical, and other methods.
The microscope adopts a large field eyepiece and a flat field achromatic objective lens, with adjustable brightness, a fine adjustment mechanism, stable focus, and clear imaging. Equipped with a spotlight halogen light source, the field of view is uniform and flat.
The microscope base is equipped with high magnetic two-wire feet that can be switched on and off, which can firmly adhere to the workpiece and adapt to various diameters of pipes and planes. The field of view can be adjusted in the X-Y plane.
Equipped with a microscope lens and camera connected to a metallographic microscope, it can directly take photos on site.
